Export Sales Manager
Are you passionate about driving international growth and building strong partnerships? We’re looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our B2B export division and help us strengthen our global presence.
You’ll be responsible for achieving profitable sales of seeds and plants to export markets, managing existing channels in Ireland, France, and Germany, and developing new opportunities worldwide. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape export plans, oversee budgets, and ensure our brand continues to thrive internationally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing export markets while identifying new opportunities.
- Develop major account plans and drive business development initiatives.
- Lead and support French and German Business Managers and external agents.
- Oversee export marketing strategies and ensure high-quality customer-facing materials.
- Monitor performance, margins, and market trends to maximize profitability.

- Proven experience in export sales within horticulture or a similar industry .
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications
- Previous experience within Horticulture or similar industry
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to travel overseas
- Experience of managing a non UK retail account
- Other European languages would be advantageous
