Field Merchandiser

We are looking for a Field Merchandiser to produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services. You will get the right product, in the right place, time, quantity and price. This position is covering Scotland and you will be based, ideally, in the central belt.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan journeys and work alongside Area Sales Managers to ensure customer visit promises are met and products are displayed to their maximum.
• Maximise consumer interest and sales levels by displaying products according to planograms.
• Ensure stocks on shelf are rotated according to the sow by dates and minimise out of stocks.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Build constructive customer relationships to build pipeline and close deals.
• Remain up to date with merchandising best practices.
   

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in merchandising.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engages, inform and motivate.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
• Full clean driving licence, as will need to cover region.
