One of my favourite parts of my job is when we share with our Sales Teams the new varieties we’ve got lined up for future seasons. These sessions are always relaxed and full of energy – the passion from our Buying Team is infectious, and ideas start flying as soon as we get going. Having a team who are so genuinely excited about the products they're sourcing is something I’m incredibly proud to be part of. 

And of course, there’s always a bit of veg tasting to keep things interesting, including a bit of friendly encouragement to sample the latest in chilli breeding (with a glass of milk close by, just in case).
